About South Hadley Fire District No. 2

South Hadley Fire District No. 2 is an independent regional quasi municipal government operating within the towns of South Hadley and Granby Massachusetts.  

Fire District 2 has three distinct departments:

• The District Government facilitates and oversees district meetings, elections, and financial matters.
• The Water Department ensures the district’s water supply by monitoring water quality and maintaining the distribution infrastructure.
• The Fire Department provides Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services to all individuals within the district.
